  • the dance is beautiful. would the choreographer mind sharing what some of the movements represent? I am assuming many of them have a religous significance.

    thx.

  • Hi,

I am the producer of the video, not the choreographer. However, I do not think the movements have religous meanings. I think the movements represent the content of the song. I hope the choreographer can respond to this.

  • دست اندرکاران این کار زیبا، به‌درستی که کار بزرگی کرده‌اند در راه زنده نگه‌داشتن فرهنگ ما ، که رقص هم از ارکان آن هست. دست مریزاد.

  • i never seen any thing rubish like this ........

  • YAKH !! really baaad ..

  • beautiful . reminds me of Achaemenid clothing

  • nice and perfect. thanks

  • @wpl0703new : although I do not know this dance, I would be very careful to link dance to any particular religion (of course, many exceptions do exist!) but still - a vast majority of dances have roots much much deeper than any religion, irrespective which one. All religions are laughably young when are compared with dance and its moves and meaning :-) I do believe that you find sb. who'll provide you exact names of every move & 'll say that it's religious, but won't be correct ;-)

  • vay khoda kheili zibast . geryam gereft :)

  • @wpl0703new In my limited knowledge, I think a lot of the movements are about giving and generosity. I don't know how to explain it, but I see it in the arm movements of the dance.

  • khosham omad.tnx

  • Can you tell me what this kind of dance is called?

I'm doing a project for school.
