  • Sublime.

  • @nyankothecat You' ve to come to Hamburg, Munich, Zurich or Frankfurt! These opera houses have Palestrina in their repertoire. Seems like a Pfitzner renaissance at the moment in German-speeking countries. But I honestly have to admit that there had been many discussions whether you should play it or not: Although the music is widely considered as one of the best opera scores ever written, Pfitzner's inglorious role in the nazi regime should never be forgotten...

  • Mindblowing - very nostalgic and sublime conducting

  • Thank you bulansbriel1 for your comment that summarizes everything what has to be said about that wonderful posting!
