This video was taken by a citizen report in Mashi local govt in Katsina state. Hon. Salisu Majigiri' (Member house of reps and strong loyalist of Gov. Ibrahim Shema) took INEC voters registration to his house after bribed INEC officials. While in his house the NYSC adhoc staff who was confronted in this video was busy registering minors and busy manipulating the registration process.
