Tell me his pension will be based on this paycut and I'll be more impressed. Most likely he'll retire with about 150 grand a year pension if not more. Also this education/brain washing that he is paying out of his pocket for these students really doesn't help anyone but the Government!

Now I did watch the rest of this video and I still stand by the point that he was being paid too much to begin with.
