A study by THE CENTER FOR PUBLIC INTEGRITY found the Bush administration made 935 FALSE statements about the national security threat posed toward the U. S. from Iraq. This was in the two years following the 9/11/2001 terrorist attacks. Attacks which Iraq had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with! This continual parade of lies was for the sole purpose of promoting, to the American people, the Bush Iraq War. To learn more about the LIES, read the book "The Five Biggest Lies Bush Told Us About Iraq".

JMS if you think the intelligence used to support the Iraq war was not "cooked", "cherry picked" and politicized by the right-wing Republican neocons then you need to read the book--- The Fall of the House of Bush: The Untold Story, How a Band of True Believers Seized the Executive Branch, Started the Iraq War and Still Imperils America by Craig Unger. And it is Documented!

Please calm down JMS, you are letting your obsession with your ideology overrule the facts. It is a fact Bush & Cheney misinformed the American people about Iraq. The Republican neocons wanted a war with Iraq even before 9/11. Check it out.

Dude with all due respect. I will be more civilized than you. But if you look at this and many clips you will prove to yourself that Cheny and Bush ropped USA. If you will let your anger control your cognitive abilities, I am sure you will be misled. God bless.

Sorry, but the entire push to go to war with Iraq was based on faulty and trump-up intelligence and Cheney and the others knew it! There was no CREDIBLE intel from any source that Iraq had WMD. For another YouTube video on Cheney lies go to: "Cheney Lied to Powerful Majority Leader Armey".

Once one looks into this issue, it becomes all too apparent the Bush-Cheney administration was engaged in a concerted effort of misinformation to deceive the American people about Iraq in order to promote their "Iraq War". Iraq was not involved in the 9/11 terrorist attacks and Iraq did not have weapons of mass destruction. This according to the Pentagon and the U. S. Senate Intelligence Committee.
