If it says you have no code lists, then it is self explanatory. You never placed any on your memory card nor USB Flash Drive.

@dreammaker182 What game? CL-BOOT is a boot menu, not a game.

cl-boot says install complete but when i reset all i get is a black screen. i have done everything properly, im lost on whats wrong, all goes perfectly till im done installing. im on an older black slimline too. any thoughts?

Any PS2 application can be installed to the memory card for access via CL-BOOT. You are only limited to the size of the memory card on how many applications can be installed.
