I dont get how you could of had an M4A1 if its impossible for a civilian to have one, a civilian can have an AR-15 but not the M-16 or M4A1

And build it Yourself.

@phsyco78 yes "civilians" can own and are able to purchase a fully automatic m16 if theyre so inclined.,all sorts of full auto machine guns are available to the public.all thats needed is a 200$ tax stamp., hell you can even buy a full auto 50cal ma-duece if you've got 40,000 laying around
