Very nice example of AS usage. I like how the background/environment was done.

This was really good. Were you aiming to make this type of animation to look similar to the esurance commercial?

good work

@MySecretagentman If you want a free program for cutout animation, look for CREATOON. It was commercial but is now freeware. There's a homepage - but also be sure to get the free registration key. There are also lots of demos, tutorials and resources that you can download. Creatoon uses pinning rather than bones.
This reminds me of those e-surance commercials.

@PurpleKirby2075 Sure, it was an inspiration, however I was inspired by other similar styles (E-surance is just higher visibility cause of braodcast TV). I did this for a freind of mine who has dark hair like this and wanted a cartoon character of herself for her events business.

@leonanim My friend Brook asked me to create a cartoon character of her for her website. That was the original idea. My selection of this style was infuenced by a compilation of this style of characters from istock and other stock librairies. The animation only came about because I wanted to try Anime Studio Pro. This was my first atempt at the software. The esuarance girl similarity was after thought. Thanks for the comliment.

I use png for sequential files. Any file with an alpha channel will work, but I like png. I import in to After Effects for final composition and rendering.
