Fitness expert Maureen Hagan demonstrates seven sensational conditioning moves.
You will need: a low bench or step and a jump rope (optional).
Maureen will demonstrate each exercise. You should repeat each exercise 15 times and perform three sets. Your workout should take about 45 minutes.
Week Six's exercises include: jump squats, forward-backwards stepping lunges, the dead row, cardio strengthener (your choice of high knee lifts, high knee runs, jump rope or jumping jacks), the plank with alternating arm and leg lift, the hip bridge and ab rollovers.
