This rare interview of Dr. Eugene Podkletnov was filmed at Tampere Technical University in Finland, early 2004. This interview, believe it or, not was conducted by Richard Heene. Before he was known as "Balloon Boy's Dad", Richard was an amateur scientist who flew to Finland in 2004 to interview Dr. Podkletnov. (Heene's voice can be heard in the background as the one asking some of the questions)

For more complete background Information on Dr. Eugene Podkletnov and the subsequent drama of competing theories from a variety of different researchers who jumped on the band wagon, please visit:

I posted this interview for the benefit of scientists and researchers out there who are getting into this field, and I encourage everyone to do their own research in addition to the information provided by Dr. Podkletnov and myself. I also recommend making a review of Frank Znidarsic's Work:
http://www.scribd.com/doc/25455268/Control-of-the-Natural-Forces

http://www.scribd.com/doc/34365659/The-Duality-of-Matter-and-Waves

This is a serious, open and emerging field of physics and I encourage those who are young to get involved Now so they can ride the wave into the future and help be part of something extraordinary which will go down in History forever...

Here is a written transcript of the questions some people had trouble hearing.

Question time: 00:18

Umm... yes so eehm... I was just wondering a bit about Bill and Eric Laithwaite's mass transfer, and his linear motor. how about eehm... *?Certaintly that?*. But especially his gyroscope and the mass transfer. How that relates to... How that kind of helped you?

---

Question time: 02:26

My last one, i keep on saying the last one... (-hehe) -umm... This is *?again for the?* layman. I was wondering if you could describe the term zero point?

---

Question time: 04:56

Okay, i've got a question here, umm... okay... umm... Is there anything (cough)... okay... Man long time ago looked to the sky and he saw a bird flying, and he said i'd like to be able to do that. So he had a model he had something to build... Or to idealise, to dream about... To wanna fly... Umm... Is there anything that you know about on the planet besides the eeh... a disc. That can demonstrate umm... Antigravity... I... well we dont say antigravity we want to say gravity manipulation.

  • he said he's measured gravitons go 68c? I'm wondering how on earth he would measure speeds that fast of something we have yet to prove exist? Not a doubter but just curious.

  • @xXBeach, He mentions where you can find the paper. I haven't read it, but he explains how they measured it and set up their experiments.

  • Wow this stuff is gold right here. Thank you for this informational upload.

  • @nexgenhippy,

No problem. I wish more scientists had half the brass this man does to speak about these things so openly. If you run into any Cold Fusion scientists please tell them to contact me. I am trying to put together a documentary on Cold Fusion, and I already have a bunch of great people lined up to be part of it.

  • A very smart man with a sense of humour. ^^

  • guys boring...but has some good points

  • Do sub-atomic particles make up the "missing mass" in our galaxy or are they already accounted for? Since the vacuum of space is not empty, but contains enough particles to allow gravity wave propagation...I'm curious. Are/were these small particles considered "dark matter"?

Dr Pod does have brass, doesn't he? I like his facial expressions & chuckles when he mentions military, politics, nasa, endowment-funded universities, establishment. He's very aware of the toes he's stepping around.

  • @artdeco101010 "rotating disc will gain mass as it approaches c in terms of angular velocity"

Go to roof & drop 2 spinning gyroscopes, 1 with its axis vertical & the other with its axis horizontal. Horizontal axis may fall faster due to direction of angular velocity...mass is 1/2 "up" & 1/2 "down" with no competition with gravity. Vertical axis has mass "pulling sideways", working against gravity & slowing the fall. 99% sure I'm correct. Some1 with gyros perform this experiment, give result plz

  • why cant i hear anything on this video...

  • mexicans iiinnn spaaacccce! prob have the taco fusion chamber,,,lol

  • @dansaenad haha! i think that was just some dust floating down. :)

  • Am I insane or is there something scanning his head at 3:19

  • great vid IoI
