The constitution of the united states and the laws of the united states has no Jurisdiction in Mexico. The Heartly's went over the boarder illegally into Mexico bu 3 miles and knew the risk. I feel sorry for those involved and if the story is true then it is shocking. But lets face the facts. No crime was committed on US soil, or water. If as a whole Americans stopped using and buying illegal drugs, stopped hiring undocumented workers we might make some progress. Whats the root of the issue...!

You GO Mr. Tancredo! I also applaud you for your honesty and outspoken rage regarding this incident. Pirates? I've also heard them called BANDITS...YES BANDITS!!! Like it's 1886 and they are wearing cowboy hats and red bandanas with six gun shooters! PIRATES?! Where is Johnny Depp then?! Are they protecting their buried treasure?! I am SO OUTRAGED over this incident. Btw, hope you are doing better after your accident Mr. Tancredo-I'm a Colorado native and you will always get my vote!
