Actually, this dates from the 1959-'60 period (I noticed a mid-'59 Dial magazine ad using the "people who like people" slogan).

This is from a 1963 series of Dial ads, featuring a "people who like people" jingle and the famous "Aren't you glad you use Dial (don't you wish everybody did)?" slogan. Note the lead dancer- he's none other than young Ken Berry!
