Why you always take the slow way at the beginning of DK Summit? You must have a mushroom for that, if not is not a shortcut, but I think you lose a lot of seconds instead.

You mean DS DK Pass? There is an unique item box on the top of the hill that always gives you either:

x1 Mushroom

x3 Mushrooms

@yoshiweegee I said reduced. Mario Kart Wii is much like MK64 in which the AI will speed up so you don't get too far ahead. Mario Kart DS didn't have any of this. I'm pretty sure the AI was retarded in that game.

This seems to be the weakest of the retro cups in the game, it's likely that most people will disagree, but I just feel rather bored by most of these tracks. Regardless, well done man.

I'm glad to see the Rubberband-AI is reduced quite a bit. Though they compensated by making blue shells appear like 70 times per race.
