  • Excellent routine,but can you tell me how may reps I have to do for each exercise ?

  • That all depends on your skill level and how much time you want to spend doing these warm ups. I think 1 to 2 reps as shown here is enough for daily use before exercise.

  • stretches and warm ups are deffinately not for wimps, they r to strengthen muscles and increase flexability and increase the flow of blood energy to your limbs, if u want to improve your skills and martial arts abilities, warm ups and stretching is important
