@bistnenutte Sorry to break it up to you but all purchasing departments are overseas... It helps avoid certain taxes. Yes the call is for real, is from DELL Inc. located on the former Howard Air force Base in Panama, Central America. And if you think this call was fake and awful... this is one that but just caught up weeks after it happened! I heard much worst.
