ENOUGH!! The call is real... the rep is a panamanian, he def got fired and banned from any call center left on Panama and/or elsewhere. And the customer is prolly the nicest I've heard given the situation.

This is my favorite recorded call of all time! I actually have the real call center recording of this. He actually got the Dell computer for almost free. Thanks for posting it! I still use "I can believable" all the time.
