I think considering the circumstances Rouge actually has the manufacturing perfected. I've heard too many of these that sound better than triple (or higher) the cost. I wonder what it would sound like if they went for high quality wood.

This isn't the "starter" model guitar. The starter model doesn't have string pins at the bridge, it has the slide-through like Ovations, which I prefer over fiddling with pins.
