That doesn't apply in this case. You're not showing people for what they really are because they are hidden by screen names. Furthermore, with little risk of retribution or physical confrontation, a single person can totally destroy a forum for a huge group of people through offensive behavior.
There needs to be an ability to block, ban, and filter racists from these types of boards.
