@danielle21225 I agree I LOVE vocal acrobats. I just hate when the entire song is one big riff. I like the beauty of singing a song and throwing in a taste of your artistic style in there here & there. Then, get back to the song & make me want more. Sometimes when it is full of riffs I began to concentrate on that and not the words or point of the song. No doubt she has been blessed with an awesome voice. Would really enjoy it in a less dramatic way so I can feel the anointing.

And it's safe to say the Clark sisters, and Kim Burrell have inspired thousands. Definitely were Karen moments through out the whole song.

If you can riff and run now a days you are called anointed...no thats talent, but anyhow there are many who riff and run and do crazy vocal things who are anointed. You have to have discernment. I ask God to give me discerment so that i can choose who to listen to.

i feel that she is very anointed and has a beautiful voice but sometimes through the runs and riffs the song gets lost. that happens a lot with a lot of upcoming gospel singers. sometimes singing a song straight would be ok. i would like to hear what their singing about!!!!

I am sorry she sounds alright but where is the whole integrity of the song. There were only certain parts of the song where I could get a glimpse of what she was singing. I am in know why hating on her but I miss the days when people use to just stand flatfoot and sing. A time when people would just sing to the glory of God without all of the drama and foolishness. No screaming and yelling just singing.

@danielle21225 I respect your comment, but the old pioneers, screamed and yelled and ran like crazy! Case in point, clark sisters, shirley ceasar, daryl coley, james moore, to name a few. so everything in this season is seeded from the old season! Even if u check out mahalia jackson vintage sound which was very pivotal in gospel history, she did some crazy runs to if u listen closely and mother yelled. The only concern for me is: Has the message changed and if it hasn't then Its all good!

I'm just learning to open my mind to different genre's of gospel music as long as it represents good news, cuz to be honest QUARTET music gives me bubble guts lol!
