  • Nice review, thanks for comparing the manual and auto-manual transmissions options!

  • @torontostablaguy diesel

  • its the deacil version

  • @ls1z28chris I know that, now its 2011, but i was saying my dad is stereotyping VW because of his experience with them in 1986.

  • are your raceist aginst short people lol

  • You can adjust how high the back door opens on my '06 passat? Can you still adjust them on this?

  • My wife and I purchased a 2009 jetta and love it! Great reliability and looks like a much more high end car than any Toyota or Honda. The 17in alloys really dress it up too.

This year I became a regional rep for a sporting goods company and purchased the 2010 sportwagen to carry all my samples and luggage. It fits a ton of stuff...literally! And still gets around 28mpg when fully loaded on the highway too. What a great alternative to overpriced, cheaply made SUVs! And you'll never get this ki

  • they have drastically improved since then, I drive a 2001 that was badly abused to the point of the engine failing... after some work to rebuild it, its going strong.

we also have a 1994 and a 2003 all diesel, and all still in great shape.

you have to watch when they change the cars, the bad years are 1990-93

1999-2000...its just that those are the years that the new models came out and they worked the bugs out over the following 1-2 years

you still get a superior product to any other company

  • @Kia0Rio modern volkswagens are considered to be the most reliable brand in europe, usually exceeding even mercedes in surveys. my family has been driven vws for pretty much 30 years and we never had any breakdowns.

  • @Kia0Rio

    Dude, it is 2010.
