Hang on and don't fall out. It's tooth jarring rough ice, with the big stern-steer boat rattling and creaking, at a bone chilling 15 degrees F with your butt so close to the ice that it feels like 100mph. How could that not be GREAT?
This experience was recently recovered from old 1988 video tape. Definitely not steady cam. The Great Pumpkin was the name of the iceboat sailing under less than ideal ice conditions on White Lake in northern Muskegon County Michigan.
