I really think that, as someone who loves Irish traditional music very much, it should have been the traditional artists doing a tribute for Ronnie--I know that he influenced many of the popsters like Bono and Sinead O'Connor but truthfully it should have been Johnny McEvoy, the Chieftains, Luke Kelly, Dolores Keane and other traditional artists to pay a loving tribute to the man with the gravelly but lovely voice of irish trad! RIP Ronnie and thanks for the music!

@Piscesgal315 two things: 1 the dubliners were never 'trad' music they were always more folk/rock n roll and 2 Luke Kelly died back in the 1980s (r.i.p.) so I don't exactly understand how you think he could have been involved in a tribute to Ronnie!!!!!!!!
