  • Is it true that, in Canada, The Galaxy Nexus isn't locked to a carrier? Rogers has their Galaxy Nexus for 575, and Bell has their Galaxy Nexus for 650... So, can I buy the one from Rogers, and use it on bell no problem?

  • @s02sv650s That's correct! According to launch papers, Telus' version is "carrier unlocked" which is awesome. This should translate into other companies doing the same thing. And since this device supports all 4G HSPA frequencies (including AWS), it will work with any of the "Big Three" in Canada. Cheers!

  • you can put a micro sd ?

  • @Nasama234 Hi! As with all Google flagship devices (Nexus series) there is NO room for expandable memory.

  • Good review... a bit fast but you touched on most of the aspects of the Galaxy Nexus. Keep 'em comin'!

  • @s02sv650s So if I were to call my carrier, and ask them if the Galaxy Nexus is locked to them, are they required to tell me the truth, lol. Also I read a bit of information on the internet, and it say that if you buy the phone from the carrier, not on a contract, but out right, upon the request of the customer, are they required to unlock the phone?

  • Good review.

  • ur latest subscriber :D loved ur review

  • Galaxy Nexus looks like a pretty cool device. I'm unfamiliar with Android OS, being a BlackBerry guy. Not sure what I think of the busyness of this OS, but think I could get used to it pretty quickly.

    Great review, as always!
