you need a fan controller that will keep the fan at 1 volt until it gets hot then it switches it to full speed for 10 secs lol

you canot cool down the cpu below room temp but when you OC it will keep it cooler than a normal fan

@uzuhl2 The cooler is actually Thermalright TRUE Copper Ultra-120 eXtreme. And yes, it was (still is IMO) one of the best heatsinks available.

My personal experience was 3-4C. That's why I didn't keep the fan there 24/7. Really doesn't justify the cost/noise/cooling ratio.
