@davidthe1 In KB Training you don't train isolated muscle groups...you train movements! In this combo you work your whole body...pulling muscles with the clean, legs with the squat and pushing muscles with the press.
i like the jerk, windmill, overhad squat. this also seems like a good combination that i must try out on friday.

how many of these do you suggest for a workout? I make 3 series of 10 changing hand with 16 kg kb and 1 min rest after each series

Yes, he does very deep squats thats why its coming forward, much lower then parallel.

I noticed the knees coming pretty far forward. Upper body is perfectly vertical though. Does this make it okay?
