Michael Joseph Jackson was born on August 29th, 1958. Throughout his 45 years of singing, he earned the honor of being named the ONLY King of Pop. Fans and reporters credit him as the world's greatest entertainer to EVER live. I agree with that statement. In 2009, I realized that Michael JAckson was and still is my favorite singer. Sorry Leona Lewis!:-( Thriller, released in 1982, is STILL the world's GREATEST selling album of ALL TIME!! But, great things "die" out or go fast, just like Michael Jackson. Tragically, on June 25th, 2009, Michael Jackson passed away. He suffered from cardiac arrest and was only 50 years old. People may have made jokes about his nose, or his "reputation" with kids, but I don't think ANYONE can say that they dislike Michael Jackson. R.I.P THE KING of Pop...THE GREATEST Entertainer of ALL TIME...My Favorite Singer...
