FWC Constitutional Tyranny Part 1

The Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission's unchallengeable power needs to be eliminated. In this case, the FWC admits that their 1997 testimony that resulted in a bad net rule was completely false, yet they prevail in this case. The 1st DCA Chief Judge forces the FWC's attorney to admit the truth... Yet despite the FWC's admittance that we were correct for 8 years and that they have always stood by false testimony...and still do... the FWC prevailed because anything the FWC puts "on the record" as their "wisdom" can't be challenged by the courts in Florida... No matter how absurd. (Like theis case) Sound ridiculous? Listen to the following excerpts. If ANYTHING is "on the record," no matter how absurd, those appealing bad FWC rules do not have ANY Constitutional Due Process to do so. Some things in life are worth MORE than getting rich. Most of the rich on the "other side" are miserable and/or "fake." ANYONE that will side with proven liars to take away another man's rights and livelihood without good reason HAS to be a miserable human being. Jaialai55 want to thank u for your work. lokisgodhi must be a Rec. fisherman. LOL. Truthfully i make more money now "after the FL gillnet ban" because of the decrease in catch in FL. I still want the return of gill nets to FL , why cause it is "THE RIGHT THING TO DO" these fisherman's livelihoods were wrongfully stripped away from them. the same could easily happen in NC. Sorry, but we have got the attention of the legislature and we did have their budget cut. No, I have been in Tallahassee for 8 years fighting this TYRANNY. That is exactly what it is. TYRANNY in America. I don't lobby for money, I lobbied for free. While you may attempt to play political games, I don't. People are suffering and no one has got their attention like we have. (The legislature) They now KNOW the FWC's a BIG problem. Why? Because we've drawn attention with facts. And it's all fact.

Well... I love it when uneducated people attempt to discredit arguments that they obviously know nothing about and furthermore do not have to endure. I guess you consider the comments of our legislators and of the 1st DCA chief Judge moronic and hysterical too? Virtually our entire legislature is aware of what we are stating, but they haven't figured out a way to stop this out of control constitutional body that has no checks and balances other than denying them funds. Which they've done.
