They really cleaned up their technique by the time 2002 rolled around (I always found them to be a bit sloppy when they were younger). This is a fascinating FD that has a lot of complex choreography and a ton of expression and passion. A well deserved gold medal.

  • Makes me cry every damn time I watch this. So inspirational. It took my breath away in '02 and continues to amaze.

  • Un couple magnétique : totalement envoûtant !!!!

    DIVIN

  • I find it unbelievable how fast they are skating. Amazing amazing speed kept throughout.

  • Is it a coincidence that 2:26-2:34 sound like the American national anthem? "The rockets' red glare, the bombs bursting in air..."

  • Beautiful, extremely beautiful.

  • PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • La classe.....un régal

Excuse-moi? Who? Krylova and who...? They weren't a pair... it was Krylova and SOME GUY (the same situation is Grischuk & SOME GUY, Fusar Poli & SOME GUY). It was one dominant character of Krylova in every part of skating: starting from music interpretation and edning by the technique skills. Marina & Gwendal were true pair, they were great, COMPLEMENTARY team. Both were absolutely great artists in every part of skating.

  • they are my all time favorite skaters. i miss them and I will never forget their programmes.

  • un duo culte! j'adore! le thème de Cyrano de Bergerac leur va si bien.
