They way I look at it, only the idiots will take the vaccine, and the ones who are informed and concerned for their families safety won't. The end result is the people remaining will be actually smart and caring. I guess Darwin was right when he said "survival of the fittest" and Natural Selection. The ones who won't take the vaccine are the leaders in a society of followers and will have a better chance of making it.
