(too bad for the U.S. that its policies would cause such a man to have to break the law).

i dont want to offend anyone, but the berrigan brothers are the only religious figures that i can ever respect

I certainly hope our new administration, which many welcome, continue to challenge themselves on the points raised in this video. Will Obama repeal the Patriot Act ?

The freedom of speech is only limited to how one speaks it. You are free to say what you want, with or without good judgment. They both come with consequences.

I would argue that the freedom to assemble is a fallacy. It now can be zoned.

And I would finally argue that we still have the right to bear arms, but dare we exorcise this right? After all, that right has remained unchanged not for hunters, but to afford each American the ability of self preservation.
