@feranosgamesyugi Its still ready and waiting to be used by many cities around the world. Its an effective tool; and it'll work when if the TVs, Radios and the Internet doesn't.
I think in Silent Hill it was meant to warm everyone about the fire. Though, I can't be sure.

This siren sounds exceptionally hideous. It almost sounds like the ones the Canadians used a long time ago, but with a wobbly unbalanced rotor.

There is something eerie about an Air-Raid Siren... On a film like Silent Hill, it matches it perfectly.
I stull dont understand the point of it though, like why it even started up in the first place.
