omfg! this is so stupid! she never tells us how to bend it she just does it really fast by herself and she said that she was going to show us how to do it but she never did! ughh... i hate liers!

does anyone know how to accutaly know how to bend a spoon know a youtube i could watch??

I tried it, and I only managed to bend it in half. Now I admit, I am pretty strong, and I had little problems "unbending" it consciencely, but now I'm feeling little skeptical about whether I did bend it or not by the methods that you use. I cannot twist it upon itself.

if you bent it in half but did not twist it, it likely was use of strength rather than channeling - try doing it without channeling and see if there is a difference or not.

How can you (zensightprocess) say you are ignoring negative comments, when you publicly respond to them. Bend your mind towards positive feedback

I respond to very few comments (some positive, some negative) because I get a huge volume of messages per day and do not have time to respond to all of them. Spoon bending is fun but is not my life. :) if you have had success, congratulations and that's wonderful. If not, you can keep trying or move on. :) If you have questions, please refer to this video as the suggestions I would get are in it.

Ugh i get so mad! I CAN'T BEND IT!! It WILL NOT bend AT ALL! Everyone here says they can but i just can't!! UGH!!! I'm Getting so MAD! Someone help me I CAN NOT BEND IT! I try SO hard but it won't bend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Focus your mind. In my lifetime I have realized that everyone has a natural kind of flow or harmony, if you will. I have also noticed in my own experience that when somebody is angry or too frustrated, it is much more difficult to feel and tap into. It sounds new-aged and corny, but negativity blocks your own natural flow. Thought is the initial step of all that is to be created.

Yeah, I'm having a hard time bending, but I think it is possibly due to the fact Im trying too hard. 0_o

Don't try so hard, sweetheart. It is not a matter of will. I'm not sure whether it is enery or suggestion, but I did it on the 1st try and was very very impressed. Work on the visualization bit. It is not about strength. Let it go. Do it naturally.

Oh my god! This actualy works! Thank you so much! hahahhha omg i cant believe i actualy bent tht spoon O__O i had to try 2 times though and on my second try it bent all the way through now i wanna learn how to twist too :P

When I would practice it I could easily bend a spoon, it actually gets warm but i cannot bend it alot, only down and that's it. I can't twist it. But the CHANCES are 90% so i can bend spoons!!
