Therefore, we can't do much else but relax for 581 seconds, pretend to be close to the likes of you, before we have to wake up to our reality waiting right next to the screen, where bodies are of flesh and bones and strikes and insults hurt so bad, it makes the master's words sound ugly and sarcastic.

Isn't that so? Please say "nope" and explain! :-D

  • up 2 u how it is.... up 2 ONLY u!

  • So if a guy smashes your face... is he giving you a gift? How can your misery be lifted by being insulted or hit? Furthermore... if you dont insult or hit people, are you giving them misery?

  • yeah... this is our logic, not to compare with urs :) but this doesnt mean, that; if u come to smash MY face that i will act logically!

  • Very beautiful. Thank you very much.

  • @rastu84

If you insult me you are giving me a gift. It's called opportunity. I was the dorky white guy in a neighborhood of crack dealers and gangs. I became friends with most of my neighbors simply because I could not be insulted or attacked. I have walked away from muggers, I mean literally walked away, while they still decided what they were going to do. The dhao is about seeing the moment and reacting accordingly.

  • @rastu84 we create our own world. by hitting back after being hit we perpetuate action and reaction. by not returning the agression we break the chain of suffering

  • @rastu84 -he means purifying karma

  • I like Taoism

  • I think he means that when someone insults you or even punches or kicks you, he is helping you eliminate karma. There is a saying I read once that goes somelike "My enemies harm me, summoned by my bad karma".

Cool video, thanks for posting. I've always felt an attraction to Daoism, but other than reading a few books, never seriously looked into it.

  • Wonderful! Thank you for making this video and sharing it with us. I have found a beautiful light in a dark world!

  • woow beautiful

  • Thank you for the english translation. I learned something today.

  • I understand that the Wudang Taoist priest lived in the Wudang mountain, breeding bees and he claims he is still a child. He spent his days listening to 'troubled souls' that travel up to the mountain to talk to him about life and tao. Then he pack water and fruits for his visitors to consume on their way down the mountain. Full of smiles and kindness. Nothing in term of material being. 贾道士。武当山的神隐道人
