  • thanks! we're leaving for Korea in seven days!

  • Will you be making Video #5?

How is your trip to Korea and search coming along?

  • Eventually I'll be posting a 5th video...it's going to be a while, though. We traveled to Korea this June and met my biological parents. It was a life-altering trip that is going to take some time to process. But I hope to post video eventually...thanks for asking :)

  • Oh it made me cried just hearing this.Hope for the best for you.

  • Sorry, I know you posted this comment forever ago...but thank you for your well wishes. We leave for Korea in a week!

  • Your story is very beautiful. You could make a movie out of it. God Bless you and those in your family that looked out for you--both in Korea, and in the United States.

  • How was your visit!!!??

  • Hello, would you be able to elaborate any more about your reunion? You have a lot of interested people wondering if you experienced any healing from the reunion? If you are interested, check out a book on adoption called: Adoption is for a lifetime. I believe this will help you in your journey.

  • What happen next?

  • I am korean adopted too, how may I do it?

  • wow! we anxiously await your next video!

  • Fascinating story. Looking forward to your 5th video!

  • Hi yoonsblur,

If you get a chance, check out Tobias Hubinette's work on the net. Some of his PhD work such as "The Adoption Issue in Korea, Diaspora politics in the age of globalization" was very interesting and educational. He is a Korean adoptee like myself.

Will look forward to seeing your video #5.
