  • I thought this was a Wes Montgomery song?

  • @Reaper679 "Insensatez" is a bossa nova jazz standard composed by Antônio Carlos Jobim, loosely based on Frederic Chopin's Prelude No.4 with lyrics by Vinícius de Moraes. The English lyrics were written by Norman Gimbel.

The track fist appeared on Jobim's 1963 "The Composer of 'Desafinado', Plays" album.

  • Personnel:

    Piano-Oscar Peterson

    Bass-Sam Jones

    Drums-Louis Hayes

    Congas-Henley Gibson

    Timbales-Marshall Thompson

    Percussion-Harold Jones
