The only problem I have with this is that she didn't explain to Mulan that she has both a urethra & a vagina, which have two separate functions. If I had an 8-yo & they asked me if the place they went to the bathroom was the same place their eggs got fertilized, I would explain that, no, there is another opening down there which is where the sperm goes in to make the baby. Then I'd show her a diagram. She's old enough to know how her own body works. But that's me.

I was a lot like Mulan. I constantly asked embarrassing and difficult questions, about sex, religion, morality, etc., etc., I still remember their frustration because I just wouldn't shut up. I wanted answers that made sense.
