Have not you watched most other BRITISH/ENGLISH LANGUAGE produced versions. At least they all have the same accent in this one, as opposed to the one where Kitty was so very obviously from North America (it's like she didn't even attempt to do an accent with class) and other cast members doing all sorts of Accents, also the Russian Aristocracy spoke French or Italian, so if you were to do the most accurate and faithful adaptation it would be in French.
