The fourth thing that every high-level tennis player does when hitting a backhand is follow through. Extend out in the direction you are hitting the ball, then smoothly bend the elbows and wrap the racket up over your shoulder.

dont think Will left ya a answer but racquets are personal prefrence usually.. babalot makes some good racquets! try a pure drive or aero drive' these racquets have a nice feel.. uh head, wilson- good brands too.. demo em! hmm for the bh try to think of it as a lefty forehand (if ur a righty) and ur non dominate bottom hand for the ride.. Swing thru it like ur gonna kill it and follow thru. that usually works for me!!

Will, when you hit a 2handed-backhand, are you supposed to push the ball, or whip it in a topspin move? Also, what kind of racquet would you reccomend for a intermediate player $100~$200 range, and loves extreme spin, and a bit of power?

We looked into this when we made the video. Although his name is spelled "Radek" it's pronounced "Roddick."
