Roy Puffet is the South African man most Kenyans equate with mismanaging the Rift Valley Railways concession and orchestrating a well-paying exit. Citadel Capital is the deep-pocketed Egyptian firm that engineered a take-over at the RVR board involving Kenya's Trans-Century Group and a yet unnamed Ugandan investor.
