Just over 20 years previous in the late fifty's, when this shot was taken in the early days of video, I attended Blandford Milldown secondary school. And the Railway was then fully opperational. I thought at the time it would be there for ever. I used to live at Spetisbury and attended Spetisbury Primary school. And lived at Gannets mead.(In the video list On Youtube) just select all from gigagannet.

1991 was the last time I visited Blandford, at the time of this Video the bypass and the superstore were the major changes then. Though I understand more chanages have gone on since.
