  • @orthosrich Agreed!!! Using salt is a big mistake people make. Sometimes people think that substituting refined salt with Celtic Sea Salt or Himalayan Salt is acceptable. However, it is still salt. Salt is a stimulant which is #2.

  • year because you feel lonely... in this part of the Burger-King-World !! so you eat vegetarian fast-food, Like NUTANA and URTEKRAM here in Denmark, but in fact they put ordinary sugar in it all and should not be aloved to call themself ´health-care-food`like they did for several generations now.

  • i'm so glad i watched this! i had attemped to cut meat from my diet before but i ended up GAINING weight and i didn't understand why. now i know what i did wrong, and i'm going to begin my second attempt today.. thanks for the help! :)

  • @BytomGirl I'm not convinced. Can you tell me more about this electrolytes imbalances from eating too much potassium...What is too much potassium?

    I don't understand because, from my knowledge, sodium is found in many fruits and vegetables...why will we need to put an external rock into our system, especially when the body is so smart in conserving that sodium?

    It is also very addictive and harmful ...it's that kind of addiction that passes unnoticed - we consume it almost at every meal.

  • @orthosrich We need some salt in our diet esepcially when we eat so much potassium from all the veggies and fruits, we need to balance the electrolites. Of course no too much but we do need it.
