Con Anima, the St Patrick's College Choir, performing 'Stars I Shall Find' by Victor C. Johnson, to the lyrics of Sara Teasdale. The text eludes to one assuring another that they are going to find peace, serenity, and stillness in the 'Crystal of Peace above them.' This was their 2nd song from their Wellington Regional Big Sing set, at the Wellington Town Hall, under the direction of Mr. Roger Powdrell, and accompanied by a Year 11 student, Emmanuel Godinez.

  • So glad to find this version! We did this arrangement when I was in high school and I could never find a video for it ! Thanks for sharin!!

  • 2 years later and I still can't stop listening to you guys!

  • this is one of the best versions i have heard, my choir did this and i tried to look up other choirs but they all sucked or did a gay version but this one is the best

  • We are doing this in our eighth grade choir. Except we are doing just the women instead. Love this song so much.

  • this version of song i never heard before oo it pretty :D

  • Gorgeous!!! Just gorgeous!

  • That's where Dom was before he moved forwards. Was Hoppy supposed to close the gap? I can't remember...

  • nd there seems 2 b a very large gap between isaac nd hoppy

  • hmm...balance just wasnt quite ther 4 me - needed more tenor 1

however there wer some nice softs and sum good phrasing. well done!

  • The middle section was such an improvement on the concert!! The loudness however never exceeded a point, and this was quite noticeable on the "stars" chord. We did do this better at our gala concert performance. Very nice softs though! And what an excellent job by the pianist!!! ;)
