@dinkleburg31 If they handle a kite line in hand - yes, but if they tie it somewhere then probably not

he dint touch the keys. it was a coupled of keys and they colide and produce sparks

Franklin's kite wasn't struck by lightning. He flew it up into the clouds & got a static charge from the clouds which proved that lightning was static electricity.
