I find it so funny how Christina fans constantly refer to the 'voice of a generation' tag ONE magazine poll concluded with, especially compared to the countless polls, acolades, awards and critical acclaim Mariah has recieved over the years. Don't get me wrong, Christina can SANG, but that stupid tag means nothing. Every vocalist has been hailed 'the voice of their generation'.
