Afghan President Hamid Karzai spoke at the Brookings Institution in Washington Tuesday, where he outlined a plan to help his country emerge from years of fighting with the Taliban and al-Qaida. (May 5)

clearly there is no democracy in Afghanistan,, civilians are killed,their rights are under feet and the Karzai government has not allowed the freedom of speech,, they have been given Million and billions of Dollars,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, where has that money gone? where is that money spent? the life of Afghans is getting lower and lower,,,, karzai is just telling lie in the United Nations by saying there is Devolepment.

Hamid Karzai's leadership shows live online that he has not served but, hypocrisy much over limit and have neither shame nor zeal to stop it, what he promised to people ere his Presidency office where is those fake-promises and since you're representing as a leader so yet we haven't seen or anything boosted by your administration.
