Just have to say this, a tin is to small for a survival kit that can keep you going for several days. always remember fire shelter water and signaling. aka tools to make a shelter, ways to make fire like firesteel, tools to get firewood that can last the night and a good whitste aswell=) a space blanket wouldnt hurt but it depends on how big your fire is. Food is less important in my book, you can go for about 5-10 days collecting firewood with no food, but a dryed meal cant hurt=) we all learn

I don't know about you but I would asume that you wouldn't know too many basic bushcraft skills so you would need a bigger kit with more supplies but for me I have learned the skills that will keep me alive with the aid of this kit...For example for fire I can make fire from the bow-drill or flint and steel and I can make a natural shelter from dead wood I can boil water in any sort of container using hot rocks.Food is not your priority but I know various plants and wild edibles to feed me.
