In-game test: Steelseries Xai & QcK Heavy

Getting used to my new SS Xai and QcK heavy. It's been several years since I've played 1.6 for more than a random hour every now and then, this clip is from ~20min session of CSDM after having ~2 hours of playing experience on Xai and QcK heavy.

I used to play on a hard pad before, but I have to tell you... This combination really kicks ass! The Xai has really great amount of options to customize for your personal needs, the QcK has really smooth glide as I tended to have some "starting" friction on a hard mat, even after adding silicone spray. Also, the huge size of QcK heavy (450x400mm) really helps with low sensivity but I could recommend this pad for a medium sensivity user aswell.

This video was made really fast, I did not want or did not even try to make anything fancy, just prove rumors about Xai going nuts on a cloth pad to be false. It works like a charm if you just keep the pad and the laser sensor clean!

@bayoeblayboyboy Ever heard of DEMO PLAYBACK BUGS? Stuff like HP not changing, corpses being already at place etc happen when you view an demo, go back to watch/record the clip you've already seen. I had already WATCHED THAT PART, WENT BACK AND RECORDED IT, that's why the HP is ALREADY AT WHERE IT WAS AFTER I GOT HIT.

How long I've played? From year 2000 to 2005 actively and now came back 3 months ago. Played occasionally between 2005 and 2011.

I would say xai is better for "medium" and large hands and then kinzu for smaller hands. From what I remember, I think deathadder was around the same size as xai. Try to find an Xai vs Deathadder review, that should help! I hope my video proved wrong the claims of Xai malfuncioning on QcK (or cloth pads in general), it works just great if you keep your mousepad and the laser sensor clean. I hope I helped at all :-)

the xai is recommended with big hand? i'm using razer deathadder and is really good, I want to buy ss xai :D thanks for the "review" jaja sorry for my bad english i'am from chile :) bless
