That's horrifying for a 3 year old child to run across the road with busy cars around. These parents are seriously a DYNAMITE!! The awful, young kid can get hit or EVEN KILLED by a car!
I don't like when parents aren't keeping an eye with their children on safety...SERIOUSLY!!!
The mum and dad aren't getting a flippin' clue what they're thinking!
These PARENTS need a lesson for SAFETY!!!!
