http://www.futurelooks.com - Futurelooks caught up with OCZ at CES 2010 to see what they had coming up for us this year. They were showing off their surprisingly upgradeable Z-Drive P88 PCI-Express SSD and their new SSD USB 3.0 drive. Both were throwing up some crazy benchmarks and we can't wait to get our hands on one or both of these new toys.

  • Whats everyone going on about "WILL IT BLEND" ive seen it on lyk 3 vids now!! WHAT IS IT!! PLEASE TELL ME!! AHH!!! MAH BRAINZ o.0

  • I found 6 customers who where very frustrated over their purchase from the OCZ Z-Drive R2 p88

They complaining that they where very unreliable and some even died after being used for 2.5 months in a server

So not only bit expensive also still in development.

But I'm still a great fan of ocz because they are lifting computing to whole new level where we now only can dream of at the present day

  • 6500 pounds ...

  • @MrKillswitch88 what i need is a 999999 yottabyte usb 5000.0 quantum drive...but that will take some time

  • What I need is a low cost SSD that fits in a normal PCI-e slot just like this one but at a fraction of the cost. Something that is on par with standard sata SSD that is aimed at users who need a fast but efficient paging drive.

  • @Sol5t1c3 Give it a few years and these will be down to a good price, this 2TB version is currently £6770.00 GBP here in london, i reckon in 3 years time that iwll be down to £1500.00, then i might buy one :D
