Hi Youtube, Thanks for checking out my scooter video! This little moto is powered by a simple coal gasifier, made with junk from my garage! This is not the first ever, they were also produced in Sweden in the early forties during WW2!

To learn more about this, and also to see brand new ultra high quality gasifiers for sale (that will last a lifetime), come check out http://victorygasworks.ning.com/ it's free to Join!

See you there!

  • Soooo can you make a super large version of the gasifier and then just store the gas like propane and then run the scooter off the stored gas?

  • Yes, you could do that, its a lot of steps to get there, not so easy without the right stuff. Though it was done during WW2 in Europe. They would use either a propane like tanks or even just fill big bags up with these gases.

  • Very good work.

I imagine you need to add lubricating oil to the gas stream to protect the engine from wear?

Looking forward to seeing this bike in motion soon :) .

  • @PonyHaven, Yes, good catch, on this scooter, 2cycle oil is added automatically by some type of mechanical injector on the crankcase, this makes using gaseous fuel possible!

It has been raining, but I am going to mess around with it later today, I have plenty still to do.

  • Good one buddy! now all you have to do is stick a rack on the side to carry a Chainsaw, so you can fuel up as you go! ;))

  • @lookout816 im trying to find a way to make my own oil injector for a 2 stroke wood gas engine any ideas?? =3-

  • cool...the uglyer...the better...lol....if you used a swivel wheel on the trailer it should help... an other option could be 2 wheels on the trailer and a trailer hitch. that could make the gasifier portable to use on a garden tractor or whatever....just some ideas....

  • @radicaldanzero i know got heater gut like it

  • ho man way cool 2 Stroke no oil ?oil in wood ? i love the pic the bikes i shud bill one hop to see more

  • Do you have a set of plans for the building of coal gasifiers ?

  • Pretty awesome, is that an oil heater turned into a radiator/cooler? That's a good idea!
