Formation Flying and Acrobatics -- Falco and Legacy

As two ex-Air Force pilots, we love to fly our amateur built aircraft in the clear blue skies of California. Flights typically include some two-ship formation as you can see in the video. Our aircraft are dissimilar with significant acceleration and speed differences. We spent lots of time developing procedures that utilize each aircraft's performance characteristics safely while flying in formation. Then, each flight requires strict adherence to these procedures as demonstrated in the video. Enjoy.
